As the title says, I've got a level 12 LB (527/1000) looking to sign onto one of the expansion teams and start. Not a FA right now, but my contract ends tomorrow. I'm a booster who has custom equipment, and I will boost Pretty Boy Floyd immediately upon signing. So you're basically getting a level 15 LB, and I will boost him whenever you ask me to, next season. So if you want me to boost day one, you've got a level 18 LB in your capped expansion league.
In addition, I will allow whomever signs me to place the 20 SP's I will have at that time. Here's a link to him.
