We only need to be neutral when we're moderating the forum. We're still allowed to be proud of our teams and post about them.

When people see the title "Moderator" underneath someone's alias, it makes a difference.. and I don't know Tim Harper and have never talked to him, but I did notice he's not a moderator anymore and I give respect to that btw.
