You did a great job at filling out the roster though. All good level players.

Oh yeah, we just bought the team in the offseason. The previous owner left the team after signing crazy contracts to like levels 1-5. So it hurt pretty bad. We're trying to redo the whole team and make it good. We will see what happens.

Have to admit it's an impressive effort by the Elves, you appear to have built your connections well this season and it's deserved success in the market. Just a shame we lucked out and ended up in the same division as yourselves as otherwise i'd feel we'd be good bets for the conference finals. Will still be competitive as we look for chances to add quality, have signed or traded for 18 players so far today on minimum wages so fairly happy with the way things have gone and with some experience from GMing hopefully we won't miss out tactically. Just need to let our new players level up now and toughen up. Well......that and poisoning the Elves QB, fugu anyone?

Yeah, you're the ones in League 16.

We could potentially run into each other in two seasons if we both advance... in AA League #4.

When does the competition get here?

What competition , don't think any of the other owners are going to have access to lvl10+ players and be able to stay in business . Most of the other teams aren't even trading in folks at the moment, and those that are have been offering stupid wages to average players. Can only really look to add at one side with only 500k to spend, a matter of deciding between the D and the O-line.

We shouldn't be so confident, have a very tough first round match already. But hopefully we can get through it.

Nonetheless, even if a perfect season isn't in the works, a league championship is, and unless another team does something drastic, we should be able to take it easily.

Too bad Baltimore Miners have a (former) USA Pro League CB, DE, and LB to shut him down at all levels.
