It is a bit better since Bort's update, but by no means fixed. Sometimes it works perfectly other times you get the stuttering.

I personally am a HUGE advocate of power running. The last 5 games of the season I switched from elusive to power and saw an increase from 45 or so yds a game and around 4 TD's, to 71.1 ypg and 8 td's in the last 5. 3 or 4 of those TD's were caused by my reciever breaking the first CB's tackle and outrunning the rest of the D for 40+ yd scores.

Well I unfortunately don't have the strength to run on power.

Have you changed your name?

I would highly reccomend training it up to around the mid 20's, works wonders.

And yes

I would say get strength up and switch to power . most CBs ignore strength and tackling , let's exploit that by destroying them whenever we have the ball

shhhhhh lets just hope not too many CB's read the WR forum... lol
but yes i agree the strength is looking to be more important for WR's nowadays
are you really having more success with the power carrying tactic? Ive been waffling between it and combo... a "fixed" elusive setting suuuure would be nice tho...
*wink wink nudge nudge* to Bort..... lol

well can't really say if that's the reason , but I've noticed more broken tackles since I switched to power .

But actually I hope CBs read this forum and will start putting points into strength , because then they would have to neglect speed/agility and then we're just gonna burn em

Hard to be a CB now a days .

I had one of my guys with +30 for this season and it didn't make any difference at all, so it is level dependent.

By level 30 or so, most CBs will probably have at least a combined 50 points in STR and tackling, even if they have not been trying hard to build those stats. You'll probably need 45 STR or so if you want to break a few tackles at that level.

Increases ability to break OR avoid tackles by means of strength OR agility.
Valuable for offensive backs and receivers alike.

At least that's what I've read.
