depends on who you play against. Did an experiment with AI where we ran 70% in the first half and then switched in the second half. You could tell which teams had the auto adjust on because we lit them up in the second half.

If you use AI, I would turn Auto Adjust off. You won't be able to tell what is going on otherwise. AutoAdjust will start to change your play calls.
