I have an open spot for a DC. The DC will have a large influence over player personnel, come up with game plans and change tactics. Please PM all answers. Here are my questions:
-Go ahead and tell me about yourself and how you would contribute to the team.
-What "identity" would you want the defense to have?
-Go ahead and pick a team of your choice and give me an analysis of their strengths/weaknesses according to their roster and past games.
The more specific and detailed the answer the better. Im looking at this as a job interview ( in essence it is) so first impressions mean everything. I will not allow any random person to become a GM. The position is a lot of responsibilities, as well as power, and so I need to be able to trust and have confidence in you.
