I have a FB, my first ever GLB character, and I am very happy with my build all things considered. I just wanted to see what everyone else thought might help me maximize my SP's given the level.

Your strength is lacking, considering you have "power thru" at 5. I'd throw all your equipment onto strength (if you have the cash and/or flex points for it) and see how that works for you.
This will benefit you two-fold. Firstly, it will raise your strength to help make "power thru" more effective. Secondly, it will get you more value for your equipment bonuses... by raising an attribute that would cost you 2-3 points per increase, as opposed to only getting the 1:1 value for raising attributes under the soft cap (such as stamina and agility).
Once you get that done, you can start using future skill points to raise speed, agility and vision to the soft cap.
That would maximize your build IMHO.
