When I get my custom equipment for this character, where should I put it? I was looking to be a hard hitting SS but are they really effective? Also if hard hitting isn't very effective should i put the flex points into which skill tree set.

depends on your team, really.
but you do need to get that agility up, it will help all three scouting bars.

i started to go for a hitter build, never really worked out, and I went to balanced where i am now.

Yeah, I know Agi is my next step, just wondering what I should do with the custom equipment +6 point and tree

for my SS i have the +6 from custom in agility, but it's really a matter of personal opinion on what you want to have as the highest attribute. and for the tree bonus definitely go with the coverage tree no matter what kind of SS you're trying to work on

the +6 from custom equipment should def. be placed on speed or agility

i would put it in speed

my SS started out with the hard hitter tree but since hes the last line of defense my team asked me to cheat +pass/-run...which made me actually change my custom equip over to coverage.

i went high speed/high vision, capped agil and started to work on all my other stats and it paid off, second in my league (at my position) in tackles with 23 passes defensed
