This is something I'm thinking of doing, let me know what you guys think. This isn't set in stone, I just wanted to see what you guys think about this. What type of support from other leagues do you think I would get on this?

After reading and arguing on many different posts about who the best team in GLB is I've decided to start a small tournament which will give the winner bragging rights and a small reward until the start of next season. This is what I have suggested and by no means is it set in stone. I am open to all suggestions.
-Only AAA Champions and Pro Champions are eligible, I wanted it this way due to the massive number of teams if it went any lower. I do understand that there are AA teams that can compete at the Pro level already. My suggestion to them is, win and get there. I don't want a 128 team tournament.
-Rewards: Team Owner of the Tournament Champion: 1000 Flex Points - This is 2 years extending team ownership and 8 Friendlies. Offensive/Defensive MVP - Voted by GLB Member base via Polls - 500 Flex Points each. (I will reward the winners via Flex Point transfer if Bort/Admins allow or I will send you money via paypal. I know this isn't a huge reward, however this is just a small incentive to hopefully convince owners/players to join the tournament. I don't want to go anything bigger due the amount of money I already spend on this game.
-Since this will be a 24 team tournament, all Pro Champions will receive a first round bye. The other 16 teams are seeded randomly.
-Single Elimination Tournament
-The tournament would have to be finished before the next season started. This would possibly cause some teams to have to cancel current challenges to get the games in. Hopefully teams would be willing to do this for this tourney.
