just because we are smart and realized that having teams at different levels could help you develop our players so the can compete with our main team is pretty smart no?

What I'm curious about is the disparity between the USAORG teams. The Legionnaires and Cartel are extremely strong and are legitimate title contenders. The Vacationers are decent and should make the playoffs. The Exiles and Mercenaries... they need a lot of work.
How much is actually shared?
