West is real boring this week, no playoff teams play each other.

Default Game of the Week:

Fresno (14-0) vs Lauderdale (7-7)
Lauderdale needs a hail mary to make the playoffs and Fresno is looking to complete their sweep of the West.

East:
Game of the Week:

Naperville (13-1) vs. Milwaukee (12-2):
Milwaukee dominated against Sin City and looks to get a win against Naperville and possibly sneak into a #2 seed with a win here. Naperville has looked very impressive the last few weeks. Major Blindside has even let Major Chaos get a few sacks so he won't get jealous.

Maine (6-8) vs. New Orleans (9-5):
Maine can put themselves in great shape for the playoffs by winning here. New Orleans is looking to lock in the #5 seed and a win here would help.

Martha's Vineyard (7-7) vs. Columbus (14-0):
Martha's Vineyard is ahead of Maine for now, but faces a tough end to their schedule. They need to win a game and have Maine lose on to make the playoffs. They almost knocked off Columbus last year, and hope to do it again this season. Columbus is looking to complete the sweep of the East in a surprising season.

St. Louis (8-6) vs. New York Launch (6-8)
New York has an outside shot of getting into the playoffs and a win against St. Louis will get them in great shape. St. Louis dropped their first 3 games and has only dropped 3 since then. St. Louis might be the toughest low seeded team to face in the playoffs.

I'm a little worried only because Columbus has been beating their opponents better than they did last season. They have obviously worked on the playbook a bit. Hopefully one of my players will steal it. Either way, I'm hoping for the major upset. That would be wicked awesome.

Yep. The top 8 in the west are set already. The last 2 games will set the exact seeding.

I haven't run all the scenarios for tiebreaks. It looks like they will lose any tiebreaker as well.

GG Devils. This is the Mob I've been waiting to see. Next season we should contend near the top

Well, the Western playoff teams have just been confirmed, with Lauderdale's loss and 6 teams at either 10-5 or 11-4. Minnesota comes in at 3rd and actually has a very, very good chance against every team (our 24-29 loss against EZ Comp. was our only loss by more than 1 point, we even came that darn close to giving Fresno their only loss of the season). Contrary to the East's belief, the playoffs in the West are gonna be VERY interesting, because every team stands a good chance at beating every other team.

Holy shit, Tomcollins! Your Columbus Woodys made sure the game was well out of reach! You have obviously revamped your team and mastered the entire GLB gameplan. Congrats on your promotion to the A #8 League. There's NO WAY you will lose this season.

The Launch's win was real interesting, now they are right in the mix. Martha's needs a lot of help now. The Launch plays Minnesota, which will be a tough game, but not an automatic launch. Same thing for Martha's and San Fran. Maine should be able to beat Tulsa.

Situations:

NYL......MAR.......MAI
W..........?...........? = NYL in
L..........W...........? = MAR in
L..........L...........L = NYL in
L..........L...........W = Tie

For the tiebreaker, its incredibly close. All teams are 1-1 against each other. The points scored so far are as follows:

NYL: 350
MAR: 341
MAI: 347

Points allowed:
MAI: 310
MAR: 425
NYL: 285

So if NYL loses, MAR loses, and MAI wins (the most likely scenario too), it comes down to points scored. NYL wins if they can score within 3 points of Maine, and 9 points of MAR. Maine wins if they can outscore NYL by more than 3 and stay within 6 of MAR. Martha's needs to outscore Maine by more than 6 and NYL by more than 9.

We HAVE to beat San Francisco in order to have a chance. It's as simple as that. If the New York Launch beat The Minnesota Fire (which they probably will), stick a fork in us. As I predicted in the beginning of the season, I smell JUST MISSING the playoffs for us. I predicted a record of 6-10 so I'm actually happier than expected. I DO expect to make the playoffs next season. Of course, it all comes down to the off-season.

GG Naperville. Way to make us look like a bunch of pansies. On a positive note 0 sacks for Blindside.

You worry about SF, let us worry about NY.
