Brian Dawkinss - San Jose

Backbone of San Jose secondary. Outstanding play over past two seasons. Tremendous all around player.

Al "Hammerhead" Horton, SS. Los Angeles Reign.

Al has 3 forced fumbles on the season, and has recovered 3 as well. He has 53 tackles. 20 pass defenses. 4 ints for 35 yards. He has only missed 3 tackles.

Mike Fanne - Fresno Fire - has played well all season.

88 tackles- 5 missed tackles - 18 PD - 1 INT - 1TD(88yds) - 2 fumble rec.(11.5yds ret.)

Goku San - Fort Wayne Talons
He has 99 tackles (after 14 games) which is leading the team.

He's an absolute beast when it comes to tackling and I'll let these plays speak for themselves where he is bringing down D'Adrian McPeterson & Tyrone "Tank" Jackson all by himself:

Thanks for adding that I figured since D'Adrian McPeterson and Tyrone "Tank" Johnson are two of the most feared RB's in the League that those plays would say enough. And for the record the total tackles is now at 111

Maximus Decimus Meridius

56 tkls, 12 pd, 1 FF, 1 FR for a 43yds TD .... Only 9 missed Tkls

Playing on a Defence that is 6th in the league in Interceptions and 11th in pass yds allowed. 11th doesn't sound to great but when teams avoid running against our D-Line and Linebackers and take their chances through the air it is't that bad!

Yeah Yeah - My own player - but Smashmouth Johnson deserves recognition. He shows up in the big games and does it all.

TCC - by the way - has played the fewest snaps on D this year - making 2 int., 3 FF, 9 defl, and 53 tackles a pretty good season. 3 Missed tackles in the East is nothing to sneeze at either.
