If I set my play focus to "run" on the defensive AI will it over ride my CBs individual play focus of "pass"?

I'm basically trying to stack 8 in the box with front 7 and the SS playing the run. At the same time, I want my CBs focused on the pass.

Anyone have thoughts on how to do this? Thanks.

Yea, have your players set their individual tactics seperately or else its a blanket setting.

If I leave defensive AI on "default" for play focus but set my SS to "run" for his individual play focus, he will stack the box automatically right?

Some more clarification would be great. If I put close coverage in the AI, it will make all the DBs/LBs cover close then correct ? (overriding their individual settings ?}

I think coverage distance in the AI refers to how far your safeties drop back into coverage. It is different than man coverage distance in individual advanced tactics.

I was wondering that. I keep setting coverage distance to close in the AI, but my secondary keeps leaving a cushion.
