I am thinking of focusing everything into one attribute as i know that my DE is too balanced, I haven't dedicated much into SAs yet

Here is the stats of the 3 attributes without equipment attached.

Strength: 51
Speed: 50
Agility: 49

I want to be a pass rusher, which should I go all-in on?

Being balance isn't a bad thing, you just gota find the "other key" ingredient. LDE > RDE

(My DE is balance he he does well. SA makes you stand out from the rest )

Thanks for the advice, I'll start focusing on one SA to see if I get more production

tunnel vision is the best pass-rushing SA.

If that don't workout for ya, you should take a look at miked33's thread (http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=654381) He's got a useful guide to help you out. Plus his DE is mean

Not for balance DEs I can tell you my Tunnel Vision is not my highest SA, infact its one of my lowest, even lower than some of my containment SA. But I agree its very useful for pure pass rusher types.

My guess from your replays is that your highest is Shed block

Is it that obvious? haha but yeah its up there, but still not highest. Remember I can bull rush and go to the outside as well. Versatility helps makes you unpredictable

I wish I didn't put as many points into Shed Block as I did. Season 3 it worked extremely well (17 sacks) this season I'm focusing on getting TV way up.

alluking, what position do you want your DE to play? LDE or RDE? I believe the builds for those positions are completely different.

Either speed or agility, can't go wrong either way.

You will find supporters of agility, and supporters of speed.

Although once you pick one, you need to get it to the 2nd cap (60) and perhaps beyond.

I have a DE that is a starter on the Left side and from my experience, the one thing I plan on really beefing up is my strength. I have 13 sacks and rush on elusive but the one thing I really feel is lacking is higher strength. The reason I say this is my speed is 64 with equip and strength is 59 with equip as well as 49 agility. What I have noticed is that in pass rushing, I tend to do alright, but when it comes to run blocking, I have a tendency to get pushed off of the ball.

Honestly, as a DE, I would either invest in Strength or Agility because if your speed is up near 60 with equip, you already have the ability to run down the qb, you just need to get to top speed quicker or need to get off the block quicker with higher strength.

On a run play you are going to get blocked regardless, often double teamed. After the run blocking changes, stopping the run became primarily the LBs/DTs job.
