Here are the possible clinch scenarios for the upcoming games. It is very possible that 14 out of 16 playoff spots could be clinched following the next round of games. Here's what is on tap for scenarios this time around.

Western Conference
Already Clinched: Louisiana Ragin Cajuns, Gotham City Punishers, Coruscant Death Stars, Portland Aftershocks, Mile High Mustangs

1] The Seattle Fish n Chips can clinch a playoff berth with:
* A win against Richmond OR
* A loss by Norfolk
2] The Minnesota Lumberjacks can clinch a playoff berth with:
* A win against Mile High OR
* Losses by Atlanta, Houston, and Norfolk

Mathematically Eliminated: Florence Mashers, Mid-Pac Warriors, New York Empire, Richmond Raiders, Victoria Rain Shadow

Eastern Conference
Already Clinched: College Station Stallions, Cleveland Gladiators, Chicago Commandos

1] The College Station Stallions can clnch home field throughout the Eastern Conference Playoffs with:
* A win against Chicago Storm OR
* A loss by Cleveland
2] The Virginia Hustlers can clinch a playoff berth with:
* A win against Nashville OR
* A loss by Georgia
3] The North Carolina Nudists can clinch a playoff berth with:
* A win against Kentucky OR
* A loss by Georgia
4] The Bud Dry Beer Barons can clinch a playoff berth with:
* A win against Brigantine AND
* A loss by Georgia
5] The Chicago Storm can clinch a playoff berth with:
* A win against College Station AND
* A loss by Georgia

Mathematically Eliminated: Brigantine Greenheads, St. Louis Assassins, Liberty City Convicts, Sin City Saints, Nashville Crushers, Kentucky Bootleggers

The Stallions would have to lose 3 straight and we would have to win the next 3 to get the number 1 seed this year. I don't see that happening. We were the #1 seed the last two seasons from the East and watched both league championships sitting at home twirling our thumbs. So hopefully we get a better result this season coming in the underdogs.


But we still have two very tough opponents this season in the Hustlers and the Mustangs so we aren't looking too far ahead yet.

Coincidentally, that is what we have been doing for each of the playoffs. The entire time.

As the seeding for the playoffs unfold a lot of interesting things might happen. Match-ups that would probably happen later might now happen earlier. Right now we stand to be the 7th seed, this puts us in line for the Gladiators. They have dominated us for the past three or four times, if we play them again let's see what fate has in store

Thanks Sully, glad to see us getting close to clinching the playoffs...Im hoping for the fourth seed at this point, hopes of first or second came to an end after two big let downs in a row, our defense played worse then it ever has since I got the team.

I brought in a familiar face to alot of you West teams to help us out on defense and I like the direction we are heading just hoping to work out some more kinks before the playoffs. Thanks again Sully

The Nudes clinch a playoff spot. Hopefully we can get the #4 seed.

Hustlers are in as well, I'm expecting a first-round rematch against the Nudes with our next game against Cleveland deciding who gets home-field. Out of curiosity, why is Virginia ranked above North Carolina right now even though they beat us in the regular-season?

I would think we've got the tie-breaker with the win over you. We've also scored more points.

I'll be ticked if we have identical records but you guys get the playoff game at home.
