I would advise against it but that's just me.

I believe you should wait until your core attributes are to the soft cap.

for me that's level 30.

after i put 4 points in 'monster hit' this season i now have 5 ffums (at level 29, season 4). never had one prior to that. not exactly proof for the SAs but 'monster hit' increases the chance to cause fumbles.
