should I spend points now on vision so it will catch up with my catching?

Or should I immediately address the spd and agi attributes?

I think vision is important if your team focuses on short passes, that way you can stop short of the coverage and catch 5-6 yard passes. If your team likes to air it out, speed and agility are key. You can never really go wrong with any of the options.
