I want my player to be well rounded and balanced, but I'd also like him to figure heavily in a teams rushing game. I'd be grateful for any advice as to where I need to head next with this guy, I still have 3 boosts for the season.
For me, I want to get his confidence and catching up towards 20 next.

Strength: 24
Speed: 24
Agility: 22.56
Jumping: 10
Stamina: 24.94
Vision: 17.79
Confidence: 12.6
Blocking: 21.07
Tackling: 11.6
Throwing: 9
Catching: 13.6
Carrying: 21.39
Kicking: 9
Punting: 8

SA:
Hands 2
Lead Block 2
Spot Blitz 2
Strong Arm 2
Pancake 1
Cover Up 2
Sticky Hands 1
Power Thru 2
Quick Cut 2
Dive For Yards 1

back off the SAs for a while & get your strength to the soft cap.

I looked it up. You seriously think i should raise strength to 48 before doing anything else?

Definitely need to soft cap strength. It's too hard to build a balanced FB at first and have him be effective. Start with a rusher or blocker and balanced him later.

I found it!!!

-IMO, its better to pick one or two attributes and get then to 48 ("soft cap" where it starts costing 2 SP to raise the attribute one) as quick as possible.
-Also its better to put equipment into attributes that are at 48+, because it costs two to raise it, but equipment still raises it +1 even though it costs two. So you get more bang for buck.

Yea I capped my FB's speed/agility first while keeping his strength/blocking at 40 and he is an excellent blocking FB. But cap one first while training the other so that you dont have to spend as may SPs on the second.
