Okay, here's the deal. I've been working this guy as hard as can be since I made him to really turn him into a solid build that will not only be a threat early in his career, but also later on when I get onto a team as a starter.

Here's the build (With Equipment in ()...)

Strength: 17.66 (19.66) Blocking: 11.35
Speed: 27.2 (31.2) Tackling: 19.96
Agility: 23.01 (26.01) Throwing: 8
Jumping: 11.87 Catching: 12.43
Stamina: 29.63 Carrying: 11.35
Vision: 27.51 (32.51) Kicking: 8
Confidence: 15.35 Punting: 9

Coverage: 1(2)-0(1)-0(1)-0(1)-0(1)

He started out as a balanced build, but the team I'm on at the moment uses him about 2/3 of the time as a run coverage guy and the other 1/3 man-coverage on the TE. At least that's how I'm seeing it when he's in the play.

I realize the Stamina is on the high side, but that had to do with the previous team running him ragged, so I figure that will make it so I don't have to train stamina for at least three to four levels.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

you can never have too much stamina until about 35-40. where'd all your points go? or are you slow building him

I had to spend a little while training on Relaxed with nothing set so he'd actually be in playing shape on a slow-build team. He's also been boosted 3 levels to earn a spot on the team he's on.

He started as a slow build and has since been becoming a bit more of a quick build. I may skip boosting him till the end of next season just so I can make up for the missed training.

aha
i agree with gtruth to get your tackling up, but for jumping you can just train that

I think you might want to consolidate your equipment into speed since it is a little low. You really need to boost your base of speed and agility. I would throw all my sp's into these two stats over the next 5 levels.

Looks like you must have a buttload of SA's because some of those skills seem to low for level 9.

I haven't hardly touched the SAs, I think it has more to do with not having been able to assign the training to an ability enough, a by-product of being on a team originally that I kept getting over-used. That and the boosting I did to him.
