Totally Agree...well i don't think Ohio state will be in the national title though....since they will lose to USC when they play at the Coliseum on Sept 13. Just my thought. But very nice predictions!

My thinking is that it's so early in the season, and there have been lots of one loss teams in the national championship, that the loser will somehow get in. However, the one thing that kills both of those conferences is the lack of conference championship games. That game is going to need to be close, but I guess I'll have to wait about 5 months to see how I did.

UGA - Final Answer. Although under the spotlight, if they can stay healthy and continue to play under the immense pressure of being ranked #1 they should win.

Ohio State is in a joke conference, USC is in a joke conference and Florida won't be able to get to the big game. If all conferences were as tough and well rounded as the SEC then I would have a lot more respect for the 1 or 2 good teams in the other conferences that seem to blow everyone else out of the water.

Pac 10 is not a joke of a conference! USC just blows them all away. Look for ASU to make a run, look for Oregon to make a run!!! I do agree that the Big 10 is a joke though...but not the Pac 10, everyone thinks the pac 10 is a joke and then we blow you all away in bowl games!

The problem with the SEC is that they're all going to beat each other. There are a lot of good teams that have to play each other, and it's not likely a team is going to get out undefeated. The Big 12 has that problem to a lesser extent. ACC is getting weaker now, and there's no chance a team gets to the ACC title game undefeated. The Big East is a joke with only 2 pretty good teams. That's the reason I picked the USC/OSU final despite them playing each other early in the year. Now watch Utah or BYU come out of nowhere and throw everything off.

I agree that USC has a good program, but the problem is there's not enough competition. Only a couple teams offer any in their conference. Ohio State has a bullshit schedule and usually is one of the top contenders at the end of the season because of it. SEC has a lot of very solid competition, not to mention the bayou boys are massive. If UGA and USC played last year in the Rose Bowl instead of Illinois than I guarantee a great game. I still think UGA would have won even if only by 1 point with the momentum and chemistry they had last year. I remember a few season ago Auburn going undefeated and winning the SEC Championship and not getting a bid to the National Championship. If USC or Oklahoma or Ohio State goes undefeated they almost always get a bid, which is bullshit. I don't think any of those teams would be able to go undefeated in the SEC.

Big East - West Virginia.. South Florida has a shot too.

The SEC is so overrated it's not even funny. Most of the teams refuse to play outside of the SE. When UGA goes to ASU, it will be the first time since the 60's they've played outside of the southeast, excluding bowl games. The SEC revolves 3-4 teams at the top every year. You've got Florida, LSU, Georgia, and Auburn. All the rest of the conference will be mediocre, at best. The SEC isn't anymore well rounded than any other conference. Every conference has 2-4 teams that are good, then the rest.

By they way, USC hung 70 the last two times they played the SEC, IIRC.
