In just searching level 27+ kickers I've already found 27 other kickers that have a 63 kicking bar just like Ray does. And there is one kicker I know has a 66 or 69, I saw it recently, I'll keep looking and post it if I see it (his level was not that high to speak of which makes it all the weirder).

Makes me laugh is that guy has such high kicking stat, yet still misses a bunch of XPs I mean even poor kickers on poor NFL teams make less misses than GLB kickers do, its alittle annoying

He is not doing that bad considering they have 111 touchdowns and only missed 9 XP for the season. Stamina was probably a factor in some of those games as to why he missed.
