was just wondering if carrying helps a te in those get out of my way runs

It helps reduce fumbling and to break tackles

no really it does help you reduce fumbling and also I heard it can help you break tackles (god knows how...)

I knew it reduces fumbles, but I never knew about breaking tackles. Maybe I will get that up because I dont break as many tackles as I would like.
