My philosophy:

Defense and Special Teams.
Fast Defense, Excellent Kicking and Punting, and Fast KR/PR.

Offensively, A solid, not spectacular, mistake free QB and a pounder at HB with a strong OL. WR's tall and possesion recievers with good catching attribute.

Envision Baltimore during their title season.

you need to have tactics and percents not just say i want fast players and a mistake free qb because thats what everyone wants

actually i took over with 2 games left as the GM

in those games we played the best team and a top 5 team in the league

over the offseason ownership was transfered to me because the owner wasnt very active

but right now im looking for a guy that is really good with tactics
