Alright Linebackers, add your input. I have a difference of 2 SP between my Speed/Agility. Has anyone noticed a difference between a big spread compared to a closer ratio?

** Yea, definitely typo'd the thread name.

I have not noticed any/much loss in speed because of the closer ratio. Since the ratio was primarily to nerf WRs and CBs and LBs generally have had a pretty close ratio it hasnt really affected us to too much of a degree. As i get my agility up higher however i am noticing he is much more explosive at the start of a play and especially when closing in on a guy and not buying in on any fakes

I did the 2/3 ratio with my LB, should I get it up more?

My speed and agility have been close for a while but I've been struggling to get more production out of my ROLB with just an average of 2-3 tackles a game. I noticed a differance with his reaction to where the ball is in the last game with the increase of vision to the soft cap but its well short from last year.

^ what are you plays/game like compared to last year? The number of snaps a ROLB will get have gone down quite a bit.

average 60 last year and 30-40 this year but last year I started the season LOLB and halfway threw moved to ROLB, so yea I see why now.

I think LBs need to keep the Speed/Agility ratio pretty close, more so than most positions.

There are too many LBs that overdo it on Speed, while leaving Agility and Vision with less.

agree with Bukowski. Too much speed = too much momentum. The TE will stop short and you keep going. Youll end up making a tackle for an 8 yard gain. More than 3 tackles on a TE is a piss poor job by the LOLB and SS IMO.
