I'm at level 3 and I am almost lvl 4. I will also be boosting twice once I get to lvl 4 so If you want me for cheap offer soon b4 I lvl up to lvl 6 or 7 because signing be now will be a bargain because I'm on a CPU controlled team so anytime now I will be lvl 4 - 7. I'd like to start once I get to lvl 6 or 7 but either way I'm fine as backup or starter.
