I'm not sure which advanced tactic to use.

Also....I've had 2 games this season were I've had 8 hurries, yet no sacks. Anything I can do to turn some of them into sacks?

Need more agility and more strength, but you could also use more speed in my opinion. I've some very successful high speed Dt builds

Hey guys, I appreciate the advice, but really want I meant is which advanced tactics setting should I use with those being my numbers? Like should I use evasive, or should I use power through, or combo?

I can't imagine you being able to power through any O-Linemen around your level with only 60ish strength. Then again, I've never seen huge success with elusive DT rushing. I'm sure others can correct me if I'm off base here.

Not going to power through any offensive lineman at ANY strength...

Not true, i outstrength same level O-linemen by 10+ all the time. its just a matter of builds. i've also seen good results with Break Thru, being able to muscle through 2 blockers to get to the ball carrier or hurry the QB

Post your build and some examples, because I'm damn sure not seeing it. Nor am I alone. I can show you a replay of a level 26 NT getting bitch slapped around the field by a level 6 center.

From what I'm seeing, in the teens DT's can still power through lineman. Once you get into the 23+ range even with strength 10-20% higher than the guard you're not pushing through.

First of all, I think you want to look at what a NT really does for the team- You're there to get doubled, occupy blockers, and help other guys make plays. The NT is doubled very often, so I advocate getting your STR at least high enough that you aren't going to get pancaked, with enough agility to shed blocks. I'm a big advocate of getting agi to 50 and str to 80 asap. Also, pumping some points into the Break Through ability has been nice for me- occasionally you just steamroll through the double team and blow a play up in the backfield, which is pretty gratifying.

I don't play NT though, I play DT.

don't worry, you are not alone

My lvl 25 DT vs lvl 25 LG - today's game (G has open build)
DT str 84 ..... G STR 65
DT spd 35 ..... G SPD 12
DT agi 52 ..... G AGI 31

I never got around or through him once all game. I used combo and I could tell my DT did try both, neither worked.

I also have SA shed block 5 and Strong Base 7, not that either does any good

DTs are just not working right at the moment. Hopefully we get some kind of adjustment like DEs got last season.

Two things:
1. What was G's BLK?
2. I doubt speed matters much in the DT/G battles.
