I'm going to the second softcap in punting and then should I soft cap confidence, strength, vision?

I am currently training vision and next level I should be at the punting softcap.

Seeing where to kick the ball helps out.

Definitely Vision IMO. I have found this season that if your vision is low, you might as well be punting it 25 yds from your own 10 yd line. But then when you're at your opp 35, you'll punt a boomer. I guess it makes sense once you get a little vision under your belt.

How many No Returns have you kicked? Sadly no other Punter wants to keep track of the one thing that makes them good.

My Punter has a career total of 15 No Return Punts. I don't know if that's good or not since I got nothing to compare it with since no one doesn't want to bother counting theirs.

-_-

You don't even answer my question... I didnt ask how to get No Returns, first I would like to stop booting it into the endzone. That was the question, I'm glad you can toot your horn about your 15 No Returns, but it's of little interest to a building punter such as myself who can't seem to keep the ball from going out of the back of the endzone.

Technically, a touchback is a No Return so I'd say I probably have about 15 or more..

he talkin bout a punt where the pr lets it go and it drops like at the 2 yard line. not a touchback that starts on the 20. dont you know that's what a punter tries to aim for everytime, a punt inside the 5 yard line? seems like you dont care.

That is what he wants to do.

I do care, but he offered no support other than to boast his own "No Returns". If he wants to go off topic, he can create a new post in the forums, I asked for help and he didn't provide any. Thus, his response is just a waste of space.

Actually, he first asked about your No Returns, then told you how he found it relevant for his player.

YMMV

I asked for your No Returns because that to me is what Punters should aim for instead of booting it in the endzone and have the other team start on the 20 yd line. I just wanted to say how many my Punter has kicked in case someone else has theirs recorded and I would like to know what is considered a "good" Punter by looking at how many times they got the opponent to start under 5 yards.

You want to know how to stop kicking touchbacks, well sadly every Punter kicks one every once in awhile. I've been kicking touchbacks lately but compared to 15 No Returns its probably not even close to decent. But I would expect a "good" Punter to kick a No Return at least once every game. I don't know if that is possible at these levels. But that is why I'm keeping track of how many No Returns I've kicked to see if Vision, Confidence, or all those other attributes help to kick those "coffin corner" punts.

i'm in no way trying to show off. i just believe that No Returns is something that all Punters in this game aim for.

No returns should be a stat that GLB keeps track of already.

You're also level 12, don't expect your build to balance out for quite some time... You'll be fine, getting that P up early, as your training starts to level things out
