I have my overall blitz setting at 20%. On 3rd down I want my MLB to blitz 100% of the time, so I put in an input and output for MLB to blitz 100% of the time.

Does that 100% mean that he will blitz on EVERY 3rd down, or does it mean that he will blitz 100% of the time that we blitz, but we will still only blitz 20% of the time.

It means the MLB will blitz 100% of the time that output is chosen in the situation that is designatwed by the input.

So, at this point, your MLB will blitz every 3rd down if you have correct inputs.
