Can someone on the team contact your owner and see if he is going to schedule a 1st round match-up in my tournament or not?

He said he wanted in, but I'm going to have to pull 1 or both teams from this game if I don't hear SOMETHING soon as to why it isn't being scheduled. Thanks.
