14 kicking. My plan is to train kicking until I can cap it, then train strength until I can cap confidence.

Any suggestions?

Retire and reroll.

Lol why? I get max SP out of training with kicking so low, and I'm a backup K so I won't level too quickly and can keep training. Seems ideal for a slow build K to me.

If you wanna cap confidence early and leave it for the rest of your career thats for the good with this roll. It will be 20 levels before you can start delivering but it works so try it

At the higher levels you will need kicking as high as possible and that's the one you will want to keep rising. Therefore that should be the first stat to softcap, and to do that as early as possible you should have it as high as possible from the start when you roll... You get one free point to kicking every time you level, and if you get kicking up to the softcap fast these free points will be worth 2 SPs (and later 3 and 4). If you softcap confidence first you will end up with a lvl 30 kicker with 60 kicking and 70 confidence or something like that...

Hope that's logical enough for ya. Now go reroll...
