going to snail race a fb build, it will be based on rushing, i wont be taking a team untill i run out of money after i equip him, have started training agility 50 days before i spend some points
That's not the best way to slow build from my understanding...
You want to reach the soft cap as soon as possible, yet not waste SP on stats right away. So train on intense, until you have enough skill points to reach the soft cap (48) on a stat. Then raise that skill to the soft cap and start working on the next stat (same method)... the reason you do this is because each level up gives you stat increases (they stay static regardless of the soft cap). So for example, a .2 stat increase for level is the equivalent to .4 skill points (if you were spending them to increase the same stat). These numbers get better the higher soft cap you're at and the higher your stat increases per level. A .6 per level increase at the second soft cap is equivalent to 1.8 skill points...
This is why people slow build to get more out of the leveling process, not the skill points. Although you can look at efficiency as extra skill points.
The increased training efficiency is nice, but it pales in comparison to the benefit of reaching the soft cap asap. When you can combine the two methods together, you get the best player possible (in terms of raw numbers). Such as having the cash to train (without getting experience from playing) for the entire first season. You'll be able to benefit from the higher training efficiency (due to not leveling fast) and then you can also gain the soft cap benefit (once you already trained stats to as high as possible before having to spend SPs on them).
