Speed is soft-capped.

Agility is soft-capped.

Vision is about to be soft-capped.

What now? SA's?

I find agility to help with SAs and gets more consistent yards while speed helps with longer runs. I would say agility first though

you need good carrying and Vision decent Confidence... and stamina it depends

dont do 2nd soft cap for right away.. do you have any SAs? get quick cut

Nuge loose the caps
and also how are you so sure about 2nd soft caps? your HB is lvl 14..

I am friends with a few people who have the best builds in GLB and most of them didnt stop at the first soft cap for main attributes...people seem to be scared of the soft caps when they shouldnt be.

No, you need agility past the first soft cap to make better use out of the higher SAs like juke and spin.

Soft-caps are where it starts costing more than 1 SP for a point in an attribute. When you get to 48 in an attribute, it will cost you 2 SPs to raise that attribute by 1 point. When you get to 60 it is 3, 67 is 4, 73 is 5 and there are a lot more caps that I can't be bothered to write down here.

Nuge is not a joke, getting your main attributes past the first soft-caps and up to the second soft-caps early maximises your gains from level boosts in attributes. Also, those SAs you are so in love with will work better with higher (i.e. past the first soft-cap) abilities.

And for your info cripler, a lot of good builds will have their main attribute up to the second soft-cap by way earlier than lvl 14. Also, you can get decent in your 'secondary' attributes through good, planned training, thus saving you SPs to use on your main attributes or your beloved SAs.

i dont know if you are looking at the guys build Spike but he doesnt have a single SA build yet

so imo its better to get your secondary attributes up before you start spending 2 on something you all ready have a good amount of

because if you dont get those 2ndary's now when you are lvl 20 the pts are few and far between and you might be left without something crucial to a good build, say you got to 65 speed but leftout carrying or stamina so at lvl 20 you cant stop fumbling and you are to low of energy
