Only level 19, and the scouting report bar is at 57. I'll be a dark green 60 after I boost (before playoffs). I haven't found very many level 23+ higher than mine, much less Level 19s.

My kicker has his 57 by about level 20...now he's a 39 overall, compared to your guy's 33 overall.

Edit: Same bars as a level 30.

Nope, you View Source your player page. (I'm assuming you're using IE...so at the menu at the top, go to View, then Source).
