Warrior General Games

I'm not sure how many of you out there are Madden players but I was thinking of ways to strengthen our league (morale wise). Since we are all football fans, and this years Madden finally has online League play, I was thinking we should start a Madden league (limited to 32 players though).

I know time zones can be an issue but that's what weekends are for. Another solution would be to have a West coast and an East Coast League.

If anyone's interested, please post.

That would be awesome if we could organize that. Then we can also jaw about madden which i'm very willing to do

I remember playing madden on the sega in 1990. Just listed the position of the guy you were controlling. You had to go into the manual and look up the depth charts to get the player's jersey number. Then you had to look up the jersey number from an outside scource to find out what player it is.

The game has come quite a long way.

Whatd you guys think about the demo? I could have gave 2 shits about that......pretty poor if you ask me. My opinion is that they didn't want to have a good demo like they had for ncaa b/c i dont think a lot will be changed in this years madden. Maybe visuals and that new IQ thing but that will probably be it knowing madden.

Got the game last night, gotta say, the game is the best it's been in awhile.

Nah, they made it to attract in people, they know that most people that have bought madden consistantly will probably buy it again, so they used the whole Madden IQ thing and the Madden moment of the superbowl, one of the most watched shows to attract new players. If new people played a game they saw on TV and enjoyed it, they might buy it, much more then a guy that doesnt know anything about any team other then the giants and pats, it would just be too confusing for a common fan. Plus though, the Demo is actually 3 months away from the finished project. (Thats probably where they get all the bugs worked out etc)
