It depends how much you think the possession SA's work.

Probably two though, he can get open easier and his other stats are either better or barely worse.

i'm very curious about the first one. I like the build and would like to see how he perform on the field

These two WR can't even be close in level...

#1 WR is the clear winner. Any advantage #2 has in Speed/Agility is easily nullified by #1's SAs and other attributes.

But, seriously, what's the level difference? 5?

#1 would be a sure winner if it wasn't for that many SAs , not sure how effective they are .

If the skills were on vision instead and maybe a little more jumping/strength that would be nice .

well the first one is your WR and he averages 60 ish yards a game, solid but not great.
