i think its almost their. idk if SAs affect scouting bar but idk

you get a green bar when your rushing hits 42 and you are at 39.

SA dont affect the bar

how did u know it was 39?

The HB's scouting bar doesn't mean much, it's mostly affected by speed.

green starts at 42

and look into the greesemonkeys to get the numbers on the scouting bar

I noticed this too! whenever i put 4 points into speed it went up 3 points..

and speed+agility affects it a lot and rest doesnt affect it much

Look in there, and it will give you lots of helpful scripts.

It takes awhile for a power back to get green bars because the green bar is affected by speed and agility. So the pussy elusives ( as you call them ) get the green bars a lot faster. But you know everything so I guess you knew this. PS Broncos suck!

I like not having a green bar. But those who know why a level 25 HB doesn't have a green bar also know to be very scared. >;D
