Hey guys. As many of you have seen my team got it's ass handed to it with FA leaving. I have had ZERO luck trying to land anyone in the market, there are just too many teams and GMs willing to give up the bank for player builds that are not even very good. I posted this thread to ask if you guys have players on your teams that are wanting a chance to start and prove they are ready, shoot me a trade offer. I don't have much to trade back but maybe we can help each other out. I do not want my team and the good owners i have on it to go down this season without a fight. I did not think the market would be this bad. I honestly had level 17 guys, LEVEL 17 rejecting my offers and they were starting positions. URGH!!! Well, I will still be working hard to get this ship right. Thanks guys..

man if I had somebody I would throw you something but my depth is little to none at the positions you need the most..I have been looking for defensive linemen for a hot minute,
The market is crazy, cash trades and basically extinct and free agency is dead, the best chance you got is to sign one of your best players(maybe a personal one) to a one year deal, put him on the block and maybe somebody will throw you 3 decent players for him, wish I could help more but keep looking, alot of times you can get lucky, about once or twice a day there are teams going out of business and trading away all there players for cash so just keep your eye open for that

The market does suck, at least you had one year with a decent team..
having a bad team builds character..you learn to appreciate the little things more..
Hopefully they will learn and stop giving away damn teams, or at least give people more FP's to start with so that more players can be created..

yah they are just getting way to many teams... it is hard to find a guy over lvl 10 that will play back up.... Everyone wants $1,1111,111,1111 dollars a year and starting spot, and only a 1 year contract, and 5,0000,000 bonus. lmao, and that is the guys around lvl 15... If a guy lvl 20 or more pops up on the free agent market, look out, that guys mail box will be full in about 5 mins.. lol...

Heh. Our LT is my player. He was a FA for exactly 3 minutes before I got my first offer. Seriously. That was as a level 25.

i feel ya, mrod. At least you can show players you had a winning season last year.
I'm being turned down by people level 13, willing to let their players sit on the FA block, instead of getting a starting spot(against level 24 guys, but still) than sign with me.
Also had a level 12 corner tell me he needed 150k in bonus money to sign. Expected me to pay him 2 contracts or more of max bonus money. LEVEL 12!!!!
I was stoked to get my team when i was 83 on the waitlist, but looking back, i had B, BB checked. not BBB with a side order of gutting.
I'm all for retraction this upcoming season.

i said he wanted 2000 a day and 120,000 signing bonus...lol
no offers at ALL. but once he hits 15 i'm sure he'll get picked up for a decent contract. market blows ass right now...no way would i ever create a new player in this mess. and definitely no way would i want to have a team that is trying to start out or hire to fill spots.
