From what i understand, you can only buy with flexpoints and only at the legal price. Buying with paypal or cash or whatever is considered illegal and will get you and the seller banned.

Thanks for the INFO I do not want to get into trouble I was not sure if it was OK to do or not. I am glad you let me know before I got into trouble. They should have a forum just for teams for sell it would make it alot easier to find.
