- jrry32 says "Until they lose they are still the defending Champs and will hold down the #1 spot. Also had an impressive win over the Mustangs."
- Of note, all three sets of rankings had Kzoo #1.
2. Philadelphia Pushovers 2-0-0
- jrry32 says "They had an impressive 19 point win over the tough Detroit Nasty in game 1 and look prepped for another strong year."
- "psuedo Jed" says "the uncrowned Western Conference champs from Season 3 should be #1! Grrr!"
3. Bourbon Street Bullies 2-0-0
- jrry32 says nothing much interesting
- "pseudo Jed" says "Yes, I told you all we are better than BSB! Grrr!" ("pseudo Jed" has a thing for growling)
- Of note, are basically interchangeable with Philly in the rankings here
4. Detroit Demon Lions 2-0-0
- jrry32 says "TSE’s team has looked very impressive this season with a big win over the HoggLifeless D.C. Warpath and an easy win over the Kansas Warriors."
- Of note, tpaterniti has them down at 7. Otherwise, they might have been ranked above the two teams above them.
5. San Antonio Saints 2-0-0
- jrry32 says "They beat up on Flames’ Galaxy Aces and had a big win over the Bucks in week 1."
- Of note, ranked a bit lower by CTap than the other two. Likely due to BSB beating up on them twice last season, despite them being a great team.
6. Chicago Mustangs 1-1-0
- jrry32 says nothing because he had them outside his Top 10.
- Of note, despite the one loss they are ranked above six undefeated teams in these rankings.
7. Detroit Dump Trucks 2-0-0
- CTap says "Personally, I consider them to be THE enigma of USA Pro. All those levels, all those tactical mistakes... (eep, I sound like TSE here. Apologies for that!)"
8. Las Vegas Freebirds 2-0-0
- jrry takes a dig at the Spartans by saying "A big win over the Saginaw Supernovas and an impressive win over the Spartans but just like the Nighthawks they have yet to beat one of the conference’s best."
- Of note, I ranked them quite a bit higher than either jrry or tpaterniti did.
9. Golden State Athletics 1-1-0
- Of note, their one loss was an overtime defeat to the third-ranked Bullies.
10. Minnesota Marauders 2-0-0
- jrry32 says "The Marauders made some big moves in the offseason and have come out strong with a large win over the Tecmo Superbowlers and a win over the Intimidators."
- Of note, their rankings were all over the board - as high as 5 and low as 15. Somewhere in the middle seems correct here.
11. Kailua Daggers 2-0-0
- jrry32 says "Big wins over 2 of the cellar teams but still have a very talented roster."
- Of note, appear to be boosted early. Will that help them get over the hump vs. the best of the West?

13. Galaxy Aces 1-1-0
- Of note, I think quite a bit higher of them than the others do. Although the sound defeat at the hands of San Antonio won't help their cause.
14. Boston Nighthawks 2-0-0
- jrry32 says "Had a win over the Gridiron Rage and the Sabercats but must prove they can beat the best of USA Pro."
- Of note, I might be underrating them but I have them significantly lower ranked than either jrry32 or tpaterniti does.
15. D.C. Warpath 1-1-0
- Of note, tpaterniti likes them much more than either jrry32 or myself.
- Also of note, they are the highest ranked team with an absentee owner, I believe. Congrats!
16. Dayton Brute Squad 1-1-0
17. Washington Bullets 2-0-0
- Of note, they are the lowest ranked undefeated team. Not to spoil the remainder of the rankings, but their two victories did come at the expense of the teams ranked 30 and 32 by the esteemed Power Rankings Committee.
18. San Jose Spartans 0-2-0
- Of note, I have them quite a bit higher than jrry and tpat. I expect them to make the playoffs, despite the 0-2 start and brutal defeat at the hands of Las Vegas.
- Also of note, they have lost games to both of the Western Conference arrivals from AAA. Not sure if that speaks well of the new teams in the West or poorly about the Spartans. Guess we will find out...
19. Gridiron Rage 1-1-0
20. Washington Extreme 0-2-0
- Season 2 Champions are barely hanging on to a top 20 spot at this point. Interestingly (to me at least) they came in at #19 on all three sets of rankings.
21. Columbus Bucks 1-1-0
- CTap says "They have made a few posts about how they are going to rise. From the 21st slot, there is plenty of room to go up."
22. Tecmo SuperBowlers 0-2-0
- CTap says "they do NOT look like the same team that we played early in Season 3."
23. Rhode Island Red Wolves 1-1-0
24. Kansas Warriors 1-1-0
25. Denver Globetrotters 0-2-0
26. Saginaw Supernovas 0-2-0
