I will be GM, but i am looking for a ST and Defensive cooridinators.

I am very defensively minded and helped bring the team im currently gming for a 5-2 team after being 0-1 before we took control. I will bring alot to your team and help you win. I am very active and would love to help this team win.

I looked at your defensive and noticed some things.

Dline: Not all that strong. As dcord i will try and change that get some pressure on the QB.

Linebackers: You have some decent starting linebackers and I would plan to make them both rushing a cover LBs so that they can do both if needed.

CBs: Your CB's have really no Ints or Pass deflections and I plan on either getting them better or finding new CBs that can do the job right.

FS/SS: I cant see the SS's stats but they look like they are alright for the job and remain strong throughout the season.

In all your defensive needs work but I would love to try to change that around and make your defensive really strong.

I'd be willing to be the ST Coach , not a pretty duty but i would like to gain some exp as coach before taking on a bigger role as OC or DC

I would work with the return specialist to get him a bit faster and maybe get him more return skills. I'd also be willing to search for new players to help the team out.

I would love a shot at the DC job. I am very active and have would love the challenge. What do you think of a 3-4 defense?

A new team is being purchased and I am being named head GM, I am looking for Coordinators

both ST and DEf are still open

I am very interested in the DC spot, and would be thrilled to have a chance to get the job.

I favor the traditional 43, also incorporate 34 ideas.
My Philosophy:
- The Dline should be on the larger, DT and End. With more emphasis on talented 3-technique DTs that show explosion and can penetrate

- The lineman would serve as protection for athletic LBs from OLinemen. The Will and Sam would both need to be athletic. The Sam also needs to display the ability to get upfield and harass the QB.

- In the Secondary, Saftey will be a position of emphasis. Speed kills, and that is what you need from the S position. FS needs to be a center fielder. With the SS a good tackler and blitzer. But speed is key.
- The Corners need to be able to play man and show fluid hips and quick feet.

- My strategy is all about pressure from all over the field and speed.
