Warrior General Games

I am building a team based around the run. I would like to make a QB in the mold of a Troy Aikman. Don't need huge numbers from QB, I will get from running game. I just need QB not to make mistakes and complete passes at a high percentage. What should I focus on when building this player?

I would think field general just pumped-up really high as well might be the only real thing that helps the run a lot from a QB
