Personally, I think speed, agility, and vision (not in that order) are the three most important for a SS.

There really is not one better attribute than another when building a strong safety, seeing the safety is a jack of all trades. I have a lv 24 that is one of the most balanced SS out there and produces very well. If it were me it would evenly distribute points into STR SPD VIS AGI until they are soft capped. Leave tackling alone...and let it build up through leveling up. When your TAK is in the high 20's or low 30's switch training to jumping. If you are looking to make an immediate impact and be a stat whore then you picked the wrong position, GL feel free to pm me if you need any more help.

That's why I picked those three. They are the most important whether you are hard hitter or coverage.

i agree with everything he says EXCEPT that i'd switch strength and tackling. tackling is much more important as your guy is a safety (aka last line of defense) and it's not good if he misses a tackle... so instead just let strength work its way up and just train that from time to time
now you want to do all that if you want him to be good early, but i strongly recommend slow building if you want him to be a complete beast by around level 20
