Im at 42 and I was wondering if anyone on here is higher than that?

I can't even get my yellow 39 to turn green, so no!

Just curious, have you gone to the second soft (61) cap on speed and agility, or were you able to attain level 42 with just base stats?

i have not got to the 2nd soft cap on anything... my highest amount of points in a particular attribute catagory without equipment is 55...

I think the real trick to the green bar is not putting skill points in SA's too early and focusing on the big 3! thats what I did.

I've got a level 27 and a level 20 both with 42 in pass defense. Balance.

There are some 45's if you use the Player Search. I haven't seen anything higher than that.
