I have a level 22 NT with like 70+ strength, 30 speed, and i'm at the softcap for agility. I'm going up against C's that are 2-3 levels lower than I am.

The DT to my right has like 4 times the number of tackles, and he faces similar competition in the LG. What is the deal?

You take double teams and he does not.

Yeah on my team the Nt has almost the same exact build that I do but I get most of the stats.

I feel your pain. I have a better build than the DT on my team and he still gets better stats. NT's need to be made better against the run imo. Breakthrough is awful right now, never works.

I second that... We should have Bort tweak it! And I feel my build is better than the DT on my team too!

Break through worked great for me last season...

Stats usually won't come for a NT, but they can. If they don't it doesn't mean you aren't doing your job, but if they do it might mean the rest of your D-Line isn't doing their job.

I see this on most teams I am on too. But for some reason the NT on my main team playing next to my DT is a beast. I had a very good season last year, finishing first in our league in sacks. He had a great year, finishing 3rd in sacks. I also had 3 levels on him, and while I am slightly above the average starter level, he is I believe right below it. Right now I have 6 levels on him, since I boosted already and he is saving his, and he still matched my stats for game #1.

The only thing is, for the life of me, I can't figure out how he is doing it. He has a similar build to mine, but less points in almost every attribute and ability. And where I feel Strong Base was the key to my build, and the single biggest factor in my stats, he doesn't have 1 point into it. Instead he went further into the run stopper tree to get some points into DLine General, which should make me even better than him.

i have 7 into Wall, and I was thinking of putting 6 or 7 into snarl/big hit, but i don't think its worth it if I only get like 3 tackles a game.

Exactly. If your line-mates are racking up the stats then you're doing your job just fine because you are keeping the O-line busy allowing everybody else to get the fame but the real fans know who is behind it all. Any great D-line needs a great NT.

Unless you have a really high confidence and know for a fact a lot of opposing RB's don't I wouldn't do it. Most HB's have high confidences so those SA's really don't do much.

If the whole line is getting pressure, the NT will have decent stats. That, and you need a killer build.

Watching some of his replays, the guy has some serious speed and agility. Sometimes he has a straight lane to the QB, No one ever touches him because he's so fast. Im going to look into this.

well maybe if I boost next season, I would softcap the speed as well. If I do that, I could drop back and be a backup CB ;-p
