wow these new teams sure driving salaries up. To bad their going to be bankrupt by end of 1st season. good luck with that

150K for a level 13 LB???? That's nuts, good luck with your team that is going to go bankrupt. Jeez.

Well, the guy did get a ton of cash for his level to play on a team full of CPUs. They pretty much have nothing but a few way overpaid human players surrounded by bots. Should make for an interesting year and a quite lively forum.

On the other hand, if you did find yourself owning a team, right now, and you had to fill up your roster with the players that are available . . . I can see where you would get desperate to the point of offering pretty much anything. Either that, or just play with the CPUs for a season and get an early jump on next year.

Tough market.

The Problem is these owners are driving up the price of all players. In a couple of seasons it's going to be create enough players to field a whole team. Or pay out the ass for every player on your squad.

I wonder if you are going to see a slow down or stop on new teams being created. Possibly even taking some back out. With this last round of teams created, you would need ~ 40,000 new players just to fill up the rosters.

Ok, that is wayyyyyyyyyyy too much. A good price for this guy would be 85k a yr, 30k signing bonus. What he's getting is ridiculous.

While I agree, there is no diff in paying someone 150k for the season, and trading for a lvl 13 max cash at 325 k...... which happens every trade and no one says anything then

Yeah...I don't do that, either. But there is a difference. The TEAM you are trading with can actually use the money. The PLAYER getting the insane contract can't.
