Seems like just last week I was doing these. Ah, good times, good times. Anyways, here you go! As best I can figure .............

Out West -

Uncle Sam's Misguided Children (9) vs. Rapid City Rushmores (19)
Anchorage Wolves (7) vs. Caprica Buccaneers (23)
DVDTalk Otters (33) vs. San Jose SkyForce (7)
Midwest Mayhem (17) vs. Pittsburgh Highlanders (10)
Chicago Maroons (21) vs. Honolulu Red Devils (14)
Sioux Falls Storm (9) vs. Death Valley Vikings (28)
Death Valley Shadowblades (13) vs. San Diego Silver Shock (15)

And in the East -

New Hampshire Hustlers (12) vs. Miami Makos (27)
South Texas Skull Crushers (3) vs. Memphis Showboats (30)
Gulf State Demons (26) vs. Las Vegas High Rollers (6)
New Brunswick Scarlet Knights )144) vs. Michigan Rage (0)
Akron Browns (17) vs. Vice City Mambas (24)
Houghton Gremlins (10) vs. Salem Cyber Hawks (27)
Scranton Wilkes-Barre Menzingers (19) vs. Miami Hammerheads (16)

Yeah, I know. I left a game out in each conference. The eastern game involves my own team, as I refuse to predict my own games. As to the west ..... well, it's a little different this year. With apologies to Ivalice and Rocky Mountain, I'll be leaving out one western game each week. This week it just happened to be those teams. Why am I doing that? Symmetry, superstition, or just plain jackass-ness.... who knows? That's just the way it is. So there it is, the first predictions for season 4. Let the debating begin!

Hey, damnit, this may be one of the few chances us Thunder would actually be favored.........

hmm underdogs. After last seasons 3 seed I guess it is deserved. I do expect the game to be closer because last year we lost due to 2 big bombs that we should have fixed in our defense.

I like the Hammerheads over the Menzingers, and a few of the scores I expect to be further apart, but on general principle, I agree with most of these.

I'm fine with the predictions as they are. After last season, almost anyone should be underdogs to the Makos until they prove otherwise, and we'll get precisely the rankings we earn.

Rightfully so. You guys may even see a score similar to some of your scores against in the past couple seasons. With your re-tooled offense, I'd bet on more than 30 points.

Thanks Gwenn, we really should pull this one out. We have improved dramatically. A lot of stuff going on with the new AI's though, so who knows.

Scranton had a tough offseason. USMC just stomped a mud puddle into their D-lines ass. Miami should do the same.

My general take on Scranton - they're very resourceful, and use what they have very well. They're one of the most capable of surprising people who seem to have an advantage, but they don't have the most consistency either.

I think they're in for a rough season - but I don't expect them to be down long.

Let's face it, the entire east is in for a rough season.

Yeah - I'm not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing that there's closer to more parity in the league than last season.
