You've got us above our rival, The Maine Hawks? Uh oh. I hope you've got us beating them too. I can see us just missing the playoffs but I'd love to sneak into them.

This is great, it's that time of the .... well whatever. I think the Detroit Mob will contend for a playoff spot this season, they got some nice aquisitions in the offseason. They got a new QB, TE, WR, G, 2 DE's, and a new Tackle from what I can gather. All significant upgrades from what they've been sporting the previous 2 seasons. That's my case for giving them the biggest suprise team of the season.

With that being said, were going to make the Mob bleed their own blood come Sunday!!!

Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Cleveland Buckeyes pull what Las Vegas did last season. If any sort of slow building was involved last season, Cleveland could quietly pull off some big wins.

Go Beermen

The Rush can and will do better then 8th. We only lost to Crimson, Beerman and Naperville by more then 7 points.

It was really tough doing the East since so many teams are good. I haven't paid too much attention to offseason moves, so there could be a lot of teams I am forgetting about.

Ouch, Tom.

After last year's catastrophic meltdown, I guess my fellow Hawks and I had that coming... but that one's gonna sting for a while.

I thought Maine was a little low, after all they did beat Milwaukee. But then again I am kind of stupid and tom seems like a smart guy, so I will defer to his judgement.

I think (and hope) we'll be moving up after tomorrow. What were you using when you set up these predictions Tom?

Has anyone done the record excel spreadsheet thing for this season?

I just pulled most of it out of my ass. The East was very tough to do. I'll be honest that I haven't paid much attention to offseason moves by players.

I was about to set up the Excel sheet, although there's a bug in it that's annoying for it to use. It's useless until about 3 games into the season anyway, but I'm going to set it up tomorrow.

All in all the Predictions look good to me. Don't sweat it Tom, enjoy reading and pondering these types of threads. Keep it going brother, and was hoping a pre-season poll was going to come out

I think 5th in the East is a good spot for the Launch

LOL!!! If we can beat our beloved rivals, The Maine Hawks, we should finish ahead of them. We shall see. I'm already looking forward to the matchup.
