I think we should start a discussion on new tactcs and report back how we did with which tactics at end of game.

I have a game in 2 hours.

For my DT I will be using power Bull rush. This makes the most sense for me because his strenght is 2x higher than his dex. However if things dont work out I may try combo or evasive next game. My thought about evasive for a DT, actually Im a NT..but anyways I think it might work out as well as centers and other inside line might not have very good dex but will have high STR

My DE will be set to Evasive. But again if things dont work out i may try power or combo because he has about equal dex to str and speed.

I was wondering the same thing you were about DT's and evasive stlye.

I have a game in 2 hours. Ill let you know how it goes.

Edit: eh actually this game wont be a good test. Im going up against a center 8 levels lower than me and a left G 23 levels lower than me

Anyways, I'm gonna try evasive with my DT and I'll post here how it goes.

My lvl 4 DT did great in his D league game getting 6 tackles 1 hurry 1 sack
Had it set too Combo but his better plays where when he just ran straight into the Oline so I'm gonna try the bull rush

Ill probablly leave Casey set at combo so he can use high strength and agility.

I'm trying elusive for the first game to see what happens then I'm gonna try power and then combo.

Tried the bull as a NT, had a quit game. I am a lvl 18 NT up against lvl 21C and 22RG.
I should get his strength way up. I think I'll level up 4 times here very soon (boosts +1) and strength will be close to 3:1 cap if it isn't already.

Yeah alot of ppl seem to think the changes are live now.

I'll be starting out on Power, but will switch up between that and elusive to see which works better. 80 strength 48 agility here.

I'm going not crazy on strength. I've seen a build that had 71 strength and 67 agility at level 22 with 15 sacks in a season. I'm gonna make that my goal and set pass rush to combo or evasive.

My game just got simmed and i picked up my first regular season sack. too bad the tactics werent live for my league so i wont know their effectiveness until next game.

Is anyone else seeing a huge jump in effectiveness for DT's?

Lvl 14 DT going against lvl 14 LG.

10 tkl, 0 mstkl, 2 sack, 1 hry, 6 TFL, 1 FFum.

He was ok last season, but not like this. He just kept going over the LG like he wasn't there.
