put all equipment into strength. to start. up carrying vision and if u carry a big load, stamina

what about speed and agility

power back doesn't need to change directions. I wouldn't up agility.

Like the guy above said, max strength to the soft cap and equipment. Then speed and carrying. Train on vision and confidence.

Then once your vision and confidence get high enough that you are only getting 0.2 or so, maybe train a little jump and blocking.

Crap I forgot about catching. train on catching. iow, train on what gives you the most points per day.

You told him Power Back doesnt need to change direction, but you tell him to train his vision?

Agility helps you break tackles. Power Backs = should be able to break tackles.

having high agility lets u use all of your strength and speed, faster i think. if your an elusive back u worship agility

Yeah, I think Bort also said that acceleration will be more a product of agility than speed this season.
