WTF is up with all the drops? I thought maybe we developed a case of suck-itis, but I checked some of y'alls games and everyone is dropping balls (there's a joke in that somewhere, I just can't think of it)

We had 5 drops....thats not too far off from a normal game i dont think, until you see that we only passed 22 times

we had 20 missed tackles. i think that matches our total from last year as a team. i'm only slightly exaggerating, but damn that was fucked up.

Yeah, I don't know if the drops thing is going to be addressed as a bug or not. But I can say its pretty consistent around the league - lots of dropped passes from all sorts of WR builds.
Definitely something to consider.

jblaze, i'm sure new game code had something to do with it. But also keep in mind that we led the league every year in breaking tackles.

That's only partly right Nike-Joe ..... Ox led the league in broken tackles. You were along for the ride

Keep in mind our defense has been pretty stout though the last two years as well....
This was a HUGE departure from what we're used to.
They said more powerful backs were going to get a bit of a leg up, but dang...

I'm pretty sure morale had something to do with it as well. For whatever reason, even though Punt was included in the AI, we went for every 4th down until the end of the 3rd quarter...even running the ball on 4th and 9.

There were a bunch of teams doing that. In most of the cases that I know of, it was because they had some other option listed above punting, and it usually read that as the situational choice.
Not sure at all if that applies to you guys, but so far, once the game plans were checked out, I haven't seen any of the bug reporters not discover something wrong with the game plan that led to the problem.

It's probably something about GLB's growing pains. Our balls have dropped and everything's getting hairy.

I did think all the 4th down plays were wierd. I just figured you were experimenting bacause it was a scrimmage.
